Keurig B40 - Warm coffee isn't good if its not in your cup?

by Steve Nevarez
(Oakley,CA.94561)

We have a Keurig B40.It was a gift for my spouse. We started using it from 1/1/10, was fantastic till a couple of months ago around the end of March...now it is not making full cups...sometimes the hot water will dump back into resevrior, not sure what's happening with this product but been very patient with it.

But now we are really tired of its malfunction. Went to web site to try see what I can do but it is down. But in writing this while looking for the model under the bootom there is a phone number...I will give that a try next.

Did get a chance to read other reviews cant belive other issues are similar. Keurig really needs to address their customers issue's and resolve the problems they are having in their product. Warm coffee isn't good if its not in your cup?
