keurig b31 mini plus "K" for Krude

I am on my third keurig b31 mini plus. first two just would not brew after about 8 months. the factory was very good about replacing them no charge.

Now this one, a model B31, is acting up, doesn't brew a whole cup. I will try blowing everything OUT, and cleaning with vinegar. If you read the fine print in the instruction manual it says NOT to use a reverse osmosis water, which I have. But why?

I had problems with a ink jet printer and it was in warrenty,they sent me a "new?" one, it puked , this happened 3 times , finally the guy was honest with me and said they were all used machines they sent me, just "reconditioned", what ever that means. I threw them all in the dump. Could this be what Keurig is pulling?
