Keurig B31 Mini Brewer "HELP"

Wow - how can I start - because my Keurig won't start. Just purchased, followed cleaning directions as listed before putting in coffee pod - and nothing happens - blue light flashes - I follow as per instructions - a nothing happens - no heat up - no water exchange - nothing - unplugged - tried new plugs - let sit overnight - worked it through again and again - day after day - nothing. Any hints - ideas???? Will be returning for refund. HELP! Jersey
