Keurig B30 Mini-Brewer - Avoid

I purchased the Keurig B30 as a Christmas gift. Within a few days I experienced sporadic problems with getting only a partial cup. Now, five weeks later, it will not brew a full cup ever on the first try, and takes at least two or three attempts to get the full cup.

I will return this machine to Dillard's today to see if they will stand behind their merchandise. Due to the similar complaints I have read, I am concerned about the dependability of this coffeemaker, but will take a replacement if they offer it.
