Keriug B60 coffee maker "Not worth the money"

I bought a Keriug B60 coffee maker about 1 1/2 years ago, i enjoyed it very much until about 3 months ago when it started short cupping, meaning not giving me a full cup no matter which cup size i set it to.

I got to looking through my book to see what could be the problem and found it may need cleaning so i followed the instructions and cleaned it and for about a day it worked well, then it started flashing on the small screen need descaling so i ran it through another cleaning cycle and again it worked for a couple of days.

Now it started back up again , short cupping, so i contacted the keruig company and they told me if i joined the club where you can get the kcups for a discount and they would send me another coffee maker like the one i have for half price, i told them no way, no longer then that coffee maker lasted as much as it costed i am not putting anymore money in it.

With the cost of the coffee maker i think it should last longer then it is lasting. i would not recommend it , although the coffee is outstanding the coffee maker is short lived and from what i see it is a very common problem.

I think they should at least give you another one as much as it cost to buy one. am going back to using my small Mr Coffee maker , glad i did not throw it away when i bought the keruig
