Horrible Customer Service From Keurig

My Keurig started dripping only not a steady stream. I have only had the unit about 5 weeks. I followed the trouble shooting guide, Vinegar, paperclip. Nothing.

Today I called customer service. What a horrible experience that was. The lady I talked with was rude and condescending. I think she needs a refresher course in Customer Service. Still no luck. I told her its a piece of junk and I am going to take back to the store.
