Horrible Coffee Maker

Don't remember the make but this was a great coffee maker for less than 2 months, then it started not brewing, apparently a common problem.

They told us it was cause of our well water (even though it's filtered 3x before getting to the machine), so we started using vinegar to descale, that didn't work.

They had us use toothpicks and pins to clean it, then bottled water...each time would last maybe 2-3 cups.

Their customer service is horrible, been going through this for months, and oh, have to go through it again before they will send a new machine, but looking through the reviews and issues I'm not sure that it's just this machine!!!

Oh forgot, they told us to look something up in the manual, when asked what page (we have the manual) they couldn't remember, they were just trying to get out of backing their product...always keeps manuals.
