Hamilton Beach Coffee Maker # 47334 "Its Junk"

I have a 47334 HB coffee maker and used it for 6 months and it leeks when brewing coffee. Can't seem to see where the problem is. Always have to wipe up the counter top very messy, need help: Otherwise this is junk
