Gevalia Twelve Cup Coffee Maker

I own a Gevalia coffee maker, which I love. It makes up to twelve cups of coffee and also has a settable timer so that it will brew the coffee for you in the morning as you awake (with setup the night before).

I purchased this model online from an ad that I found. The main reason I bought it is that it was only twenty dollars and it came with a free pound of coffee and also a thermal mug.

I've had this coffee maker for a few years now and have had no problems with it.

Prior to the Gevalia I owned a generic coffee maker that I bought at Longs Drugs that only made eight cups of coffee and didn't work to par.

It would sometimes leak out of the side, on the top of the coffee maker, and make a mess that I had to clean up. Also I had to use paper filters for the coffee that change the flavor, as that is what the machine would allow.

The gevalia never gives me problems with leaking and also has the option of buying the metal filter insert.
