Gevalia coffee maker

About 3 years ago, I won a Gevalia coffee maker at our soccer club’s annual soccer picnic. Since then, I have used it every day. Some days, I’ll use it a couple of times a day.

It can make up to 12 cups of coffee. All of my friends really enjoy coming over for coffee in the mornings. They say that I make the best coffee. I think it is due to my coffee maker and that I use very cold water to brew my coffee.

Before I had my Gevalia, I had always used a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. I grew up with them in fact. It’s all we ever had in the house.

I love the way I can set my Gevalia coffe maker to brew at a certain time. The face clock on it, however, has gotten very hard to read. I can forgive that as long as it keeps making my coffee every morning!

The warmer keeps the coffee warm for 2 hours after it is brewed. The automatic shut off is wonderful because I am horrible at remembering to turn it off when I am done.

I do not look forward to the day when I have to replace it. Whatever I do replace it with, it’ll be another Gevalia.
