We purchased a GE Percolator 3 yrs ago rather than the Farberware we usually buy. It worked fine the 1st year, and now it works 1/3 of the time. 1st it perks just great, and the next time we use it we get what looks like light tea color coffee. Trying to find out how to contact GE

I bought a GE 12-cup stainless steel percolator from Walmart. The coffee tasted great. I prefer percolated coffee--better tasting than automatic drip. Anyway, I had the percolator less than 3 months when it quit working. I didn't save my receipt because after all, it was a GE product and they had been making percolators for years. Very disappointing.....to say the least.
