Gaggia classic espresso maker

I own a Gaggia classic espresso maker. Makes one cup of espresso at a time. Overheats when i make 3-4 cups back to back, but the quality of the espresso is far superior to the Krups i previously had.

However, it is more sensitive to exact measurement of coffee amount (two heaped spoons of beans).

When i bought my gaggia, i also bought a solis grinder that was far superior to the previous Braun grinder. Based on the quality difference based on the 'cutting' versus 'crushing' grinders, i would choose to invest money buying a superior grinder over an espresso machine with lots of bells and whistles.
