Disappointed in Keurig

by Linda
(SC)

I bought a Keurig Special Edition. Hooked it up and water poured out of the bottom. Took it back and exchanged it for another one.

The second one would not pull water into the internal reservoir, heat, or change from "not ready" on the LCD screen. After unsuccessfully trying several "fixes" I found on the internet, I called Keurig customer service hoping for a quick fix. Stayed on the line 30-45 minutes, only to be told that the technician was not answering his phone (really??) and thank you for calling.

I then e-mailed Green Mountain coffee with the problem, again hoping for a quick fix. They never returned the e-mail. (Really, folks, couldn't you at least pretend to care?) On my way tomorrow to return this again. This might be funny if this machine were not so darned expensive. On the "up" side, it sure is pretty. Wonder what the coffee tastes like?
