Delonghi DC300IS Coffee Machine

I have a Delonghi Coffee machine which is fine when it's working.

Trying to get parts for the machine from Delonghi to repair it has proved to be a nightmare. The official Genuine Delonghi site
promises parts within 14 days but the delivery of the parts can turn into months.

On two occasions my machine has been out of action waiting for parts for 4-6 weeks. My advice is don't buy a delonghi machine choose another manufacturer that stocks spare parts.
