Defective Keurig Platinum Edition

I ordered the Keurig Platinum Edition from QVC the 1st week of December. They apparently were very popular because I was told they were sold out and I would be put on a "Wait list".

I received my brewer towards the end of January and I thought it was the greatest. Coffee was fast and delicious. But the brewer only lasted until February 19th and then stopped working completely. QVC did refund my money and I notified Keurig of my dissatifaction.

A few days later a Customer Service Rep from Keurig called and said that they knew of some problems with the brewers and said he was Sorry for the inconvenience! Big deal, no offer of replacement or compensation of any kind. You'd think a brewer that is priced at over $150 would last more than 3 weeks and if the Company knew there was a problem they shouldn't have sold the brewers until the problem was fixed. Now I have a cupboard full of K-Kups but nothing to brew them with.

Well I got one as a gift at christmas ,loved the coffee ,but after a year it stopped workign right even though I pamered it descaled everything,it would either spit out a little bit of coffee or overflow the cup or say it was breweing and nothing come out and the brewing message would not go away..Then I got keurig to replace it thsi one lasted about as long before stared giving me issues.this one has the issues as the previous one and then some,this one would switch to the bigger size mug all by itself then switch back all on its own ,but it would brew ,and it wwould say add water when the tank was completely full ,and i did fill it up in the off postition and the turn it back on.My friend is the oen that told me that bed bath and beyond will exchange no questions asked ,so I am going to to that.You dont need box and it didnt have to come from BBB originally they said they will just mark it as defective.Uggg how many more will I go through this will be my thits in 3 years.I just want a produt that lasts longer then a year.

I received my Keurig Platinum as a Christmas present and love it! I went out and bought all kinds of K-Cups. Less than 3 months later my Keurig is dead. I returned it to Kohles and was very happy when they gave me a new one on a straight exchange. No hassles or questions. Brought my 2nd one home and it leaked all over the couter on the first cup. Nearly 60oz of water on my counter and floor. Returned that one and brought home my 3rd brewer. This one brews water that smells and tastes like gun powder. I have emailed Keurig from their website regarding their total lack of quality control, but I haven't heard a peep from them. Now I have over a $100 in K-cups I can't use.

I too have had problems with the Keurig machines, not once, but twice. After getting the round around from Keurig the first time, I returned the product to Bed, Bath and Beyond, where I purchased it. They said I was the first to return. Not ture. Two friends had returned theirs prior. Still I upgraded and 2 months later, have the same issues. Keurig if you are reading this.....there are too many other companies that want our business, get your act together!

I ordered a platnum brewer from Keurig and it never worked from the get go. It would shut itself off and would not brew. After going thru hell and back with Keurig, they sent me another Platnum Brewer, which is doing the same identical thing. Now when I call Keurig, they tell me I have to speak with a technician to trouble shoot. But the technicians are never available when I'm home from work at night. This is pure bullshit. All I want is a keurig that works, I don't care what model it is anymore, just give me something that works!!!!!
