Cuisinart Burr Mill Grind and Brew coffee maker

We have the Cuisinart Burr Mill Grind and Brew coffee maker. I bought this about 3 months ago and absolutely love it!

I roast my own coffee and the coffee grinder on this model is the best I've ever had. There is a strength control on it, so you can make the coffee as strong or as weak as you'd like. The grinder holds beans enough for a couple of pots, and is sealed to keep the beans fresh.

The only problem we have is that, with the grinder on top, it's just about 1/8" too tall to go under the cabinet, so, when the machine is done brewing the coffee, we just remove the bean holder on top and slide it under the cabinet - the flavor of the coffee is well worth this minor inconvenience! I have had other grinding machines that did not do as good a job as this one, so the extra cost for the Burr grinder was well worth it!

It makes 12 cups of coffee, and has a perm filter, so it's really easy to use. It is also programmable, so the coffee is ground and brewed for us when we get up. The grinder is not nearly as loud as other models we have owned.

If we have some store bought decaf coffee to make, we can also make it in this coffee maker. I highly recommend the Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker!
