Cuisinart Brew Central DCC-1200 Coffee Maker

I currently own the Cuisinart Brew Central DCC-1200 coffee maker.

This is a 12 cup system. I like several features about this machine. One is that it beeps to let you know it’s ready. There is also the sneak a cup feature which I use all the time.

Also, there is an automatic shut off that beeps to let you know the machine has shut down. I purchased this particular model because of its shape and size as well as the fact that it is stainless steel & black which goes well with my appliances.

I have had this machine for about 2 years now and I have not encountered any problems with it. It’s easy to clean and the timer function works well. It comes with a gold tone filter that I only recently had to replace.

The one issue I do have is that when you fill the carafe with water to a specific water level, it doesn’t exactly line up to the same level in the water well. But that’s easy to adjust.

I previously owned a Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffee machine. I found that to be a good machine but too messy so I replaced it with this one.
