Cuisinart Brew Central Coffee Maker

My wife and I got the Cuisinart Brew Central Coffee Maker for Christmas 2 years ago. The model number is 5020837 to be precise.

We both really like this coffee maker compared to the cheaper $20-30 drip machines. This machine is made to last instead of the cheap ones. The glass seems stronger/thicker than our previous ones which is a definite bonus for those early mornings where you just havent waken up yet.

The machine can be set to start brewing the coffee at a certain time, so you just get up and pour. As for the pouring, our cheaper version tended to pour the coffee inconsistently and would stay against the glass. When put back on the warmer, it would burn and smell like burnt coffee. The Cuisinart pour spout has never had that happen, which reduces the number of clean-ups needed.

The actual machine looks stylish enough for us and makes up to 12 cups, which is plenty for the two of us. The warmer automatically turns off after a few hours, so it is pretty much hassle free until we change it and load it up the following night.

I dont think we could ask for a better coffee maker. The price that I found on the internet was around $75 bucks which seems steep. However with the cheaper $20 versions, the glass would crack which requires a new one. This seems to be a solid investment for the average clumsy morning person.
