Coffee Maker by Gevalia

My coffee maker is by Gevalia, it has a 12-cup capacity. This is an automatic coffeemaker, of course. I usually make three cups at a time, and it is quick and easy.

I purchased this coffee maker because I thought it would look good in my kitchen. It does not take up much room. I am an excellent cook, but I make lousy coffee - even my instant coffee tastes terrible. However, since I have had this coffee maker, my coffee tastes very good; even I can drink it. I have had my coffee maker for about three years, and it is still in excellent condition.

My coffee maker is easy to clean, including the "well," or the thing-a-bob where you pour in the water. The carafe, or glass pot, poses no problem when cleaning, nor does the basket for the coffee grounds. My previous coffee maker was also by Gevalia, but when this model coffee maker came out, I purchased this, and gave the old one - which still looked good, and was in very good condition - to a friend, who loves the simplicity of its use and maintenance.

At present I am looking at a new model of Gevalia coffee makers and thinking I just might order this, but my current coffee maker is still just fine in every respect. Decisions, decisions...!
