We like our Keurig B70 real well. It stopped working around a year after we bought it so we called the company and they sent us another one for free with antoher 1 year warranty.

I guess the problem with our old one was that we needed to descale it which we had not done. The company stands behind their products and has excellent customer service.

 KUERIG STOPPED WORKING

My Kuerig stopped almost 365 days (to the day) after I first tried it.

I called cust. service and before I knew it, a new one was being shipped.
Free of charge.

I need to de-scale evry 2 months this time. The harder water at my house is corroding the heating element and caused an "overload" which put the coffee maker out of commission.

 Love the machine, until it doesn't work

We are on our 3rd, if I did'nt like it so much, I would quit buying them, the first one was really noisey, but I use it at the office, the other one, is now not dispensing the water when brewing, I have only had it for about 2 months.
