Buying Keurig Coffee Maker - Great idea but Poor Reliability

Bought our Keurig in Jan 2010, from day one we loved the capabilities. The reliability was an issue right away. September 2010 we took it back to Kohls and exchanged it for the same model.....unbelievably we are having the same exact problems. Some problems:

1. Makes the 1st cup of coffee no problem but won't make a second.

2. Can't get it to make a cup but after some sweet talking it makes a cup and a half all over the counter.

3. Turns off on its own, won't turn on when asked.

4. The $20.00 individual filter lasts 6 months before the filter cloggs up and can't be cleaned....we have two. We loved it but going back to a regular coffee maker.
