Bunn BX-B coffee maker

I am very happy to say that I am the owner of a Bunn BX-B coffee maker.This is the third Bunn coffee maker that I have owned.

I really like the special feature that keeps the water hot. So, when you are ready for coffee, it brews very quickly after you add the coffee to the basket. This model will make 12 cups of coffee. It brews in a couple of minutes.

I really like this new model because it is just a bit smaller than the other ones. The other advatage of my Bunn BX-B model is the water reservoir, it is cylindrical instead of rectangular, so it takes up less space on the countertop.

And, I have to say, that the stainless steel finish looks quite modern. It matches some of the other kitchen aplliances that I have.

I originally purchased this Bunn coffee maker because of the reputation of Bunn. I had seen the coffee makers in some of the offices I visited. It appeared to be sturdy and reliable. Also, several rstaurants use the Bunn product. If a coffee maker can withstand the constant usage of a fast-paced restaurant, I knew it was on that I wanted for my own.

I think the Bunn company is great. Our previous two Bunn coffee makers were replaced through a voluntary company recall. It was so easy to get the replacement. I just called the toll-free number, provided the model number, and I received the replacement in less than a week. Bunn even sent me a shipping label to return the recalled product. But, I got to keep the carafes and the filter baskets.

I really like a company that values customer service. So, if you are in the market for a new coffee maker, I would strongly recommend a Bunn product.
