Black and Decker Smart Brew

I've yet to have a B&D coffee maker last for more than 6 months. My current model, a Smart Brew, stopped working after about 20 uses and did not even last for 1 month. Is it possible to buy a working product in the US any more?
Of course, I no longer have my receipt, and even if I did, the cost of shipping the product and waiting for a replacement to be returned to me (while in severe caffeine withdrawal) would hardly be worth it.

Black and Decker SmartBrew

My coffee maker is a white model of the Black and Decker SmartBrew. It makes up to twelve cups of delicious coffee at a time.
There are many different reasons why I like this coffee maker. The first feature (and my personal favorite feature) is how fast it brews the coffee. This coffee maker brews a pot in about two to three minutes.
Another helpful feature it posses is it has a little window in the water container that lets you know how many cups you’re pouring into it.
Thirdly, although it’s fully functional in making delicious coffee fast, it’s rather compact for such a useful appliance. It fits perfectly on my counter next to the sugar, coffee, and other things I keep on my counter.
Also, the coffee grind cup conveniently comes right out of the machine so you can dump it out and don’t have to remove the dirty filter yourself. Another one of my favorite little perks this machine has is the on/off switch lights up when it’s on. This is helpful because when I leave it on it’s much easier to remember to turn it off, so as not to waste electricity.
I very much enjoy having the Black and Decker SmartBrew coffee maker for all these reasons and more...

Black and Decker Smartbrew

My coffeemaker is Black and Decker Smartbrew . I have owned it for two years now and is the best coffeemaker I have ever owned.
It is capable of making twelve cups of coffee, however being single I usually only make six at a time. It is equipped with an automatic timer, so my coffee is always ready when I wake up.
The pot is made of stainless steel and is insulated so that it works like a thermos. When the coffee is done brewing, it automatically turns off and the coffee is kept warm for two or three hours. I never have to worry about forgetting to turn it off or breaking the carafe during washing. The stainless steel pot also makes it very easy to clean.
After years of leaving the coffepot on and cleaning the burned carafe or breaking the carafe during cleaning, this coffeemaker had eliminated all the problems.
When the time comes that must purchase a new one, I will only settle for this same one. I have recommended the Black and decker Smartbrew coffeemaker to my mother and sisters. They have all purchased it and are as happy as I am with it.
