Black and Decker Smart Brew Programmable 12 cup

I have to say that I have used a Black and Decker Smart Brew Perfect Pour coffee pot for many years and LOVED it. However, the brand new black one we bought to replace our old white one, is a NIGHTMARE.

The 'perfect pour' is totally flawed. I can't pour even one cup without it drooling all over the counter and the cup. It should come with a warning label! I had the carafe from the old coffee pot, and have noticed that the design of the new lid and pour spout have been altered. The result of that alteration is a NOT perfect pour!

The only reason this pot is not being returned to the store is that we threw away the box, having had two of the old style pots previously left us confident that this pot would be just as awesome. I'm truly sorry to say it is NOT.
