Black and Decker "leaky carafe"

We have a Black and Decker Space Maker - - finally threw it in the trash!!! We've replaced the leaky carafe (now OK), the leaky basket, but the unit still leaves a huge pool of water under the bottom every day. The recall of the carafe and basket were supposed to alleviate the problems but we still have major leaks.
