B60 Keurig Coffee Machine - Christmas Gift gone sour

My husband purchased the Model B60 Keurig Coffee maker for me for Christmas 2009 and it's been working well until about 2 weeks ago.

I've followed the instructions for maintenance, but most of the time when I try to brew a 'large' cup, all I get is about 1/8 of a cup of coffee. Often, when I try to brew a cup nothing at all comes out!

Now I am left with a so-so coffee machine that works occasionally and a lot of K-cups which I'll probably never use.

I think I'm going back to my old 10-cup coffee maker. It has lasted far longer than just a few months. This coffee maker is a big disappointment.

NOISY ... ANNOYING

My B-140 makes a terrible noise at the beginning
and end of each cup. It is not something I would
want to use when having company. Very disappointed.
Bought it in Jan. of 2010.

Only good if it works!

I also received a B60 Keurig Coffee Machine for Christmas. I was delighted with it for the first 2 months, when it worked. I had the same problem as many others where the cup did not fill as it should. Spoke with several customer service reps and going through all the trouble shooting, (which I had already done), one rep. was going to send me a new coffee maker, another rep. called and we had to do the trouble shooting again. I spoke with yet another rep. who ask that I send in the old funnel and she would send me a new coffee maker. I felt like they thought I was just trying to get another coffee maker for nothing. Well, I have my new coffee maker and it works perfect, for now. We will see how long it last, I hope forever.
