Anyone want to buy a Keurig unit with low miles?

I received a keurig unit as a gift at Christmas 2009. I have used it 30 times max. The unit now doesn't brew a full cup. It pushes out about 1/8" of cold water into the cup. If I hit "BREW" several times (like 10 times) it will spit out enough for a cup.

I called tech support and they said I needed to clean it every 3 months with a full bin of vinegar then a full bin of water. I mentioned that it was barely trickling out and that would take all day. When I said that was a jackass way of doing it, he warned me not to use that language. I said jackass was not a cuss word and he hung up on me.

My opinion of the unit is:
*they are expensive to buy,
*the cups are expensive to buy (~$0.30),
*the coffee isn't very good,
*it is difficult to maintain,
*the controls are confusing and misleading,
*the unit is unrelyable (it's broke!!),
*tech support is worthless (he hung up on me!!)
*a french press is cheaper, easier, faster, and tastier!!

anyone want to buy a Keurig unit with low miles?
